The delivery service area of Asok Thai Cake includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the urban areas of the New Territories, with some areas excluded.

Excluded areas:
- Islands District;
- Lantau Island (excluding Tung Chung), Ma Wan, Kwun Yam Shan Village,
-Tai Lam Chung, Lung Kwu Tan, Sam Mun Tsai, Kwan Tei, Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To and Ta Kwu Ling
- Any restricted areas or areas where trucks are not allowed to enter;
- Warehouses that require queuing for pickup or delivery, or payment of entry or registration fees.
Currently we do not provide door-to-door delivery services.
The recipient needs to meet at the entrance for delivery;
- For some addresses, customers need to arrange to meet at a designated location for delivery.
- If the delivery location is not directly accessible by vehicle, the driver will arrange to meet at a safe roadside location for delivery.
-To ensure a smooth pick-up / delivery process, kindly present the confirmation letter to our drivers or staffs upon pick up.
-Please note that Asok Thai Cake cannot be held responsible for any delays that may arise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions.
-Please also note that deliveries service will be temporarily suspended during TYPHOON number 8 signal and BLACK RAINSTORM signal.
