JobTitle: Shop Assistant Location:Central/Tsim Sha Tsui
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for daily operations, product sales and promotion
-Introduce and explain various products and cakes to customers, answer customer inquiries and handle customer orders
-Arrange product displays in the shop and ensure sufficient inventory in thebakery
-Maintain the cleanliness and good image of the shop
-Effectively handle customer feedback and complaints to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Form 5 level or above, no experience required, fresh graduates are welcome
- Good command of Cantonese, basic Mandarin and English reading and writing skills
-Positive attitude towards problem-solving
Salaryand Benefits: -Monthly salary of $14,000 - $18,000 (depending on experience)

- 6 days off per month and 5-6 working days per week with rotating shifts

- Working hours of 9-9.5 hours per day, including 1-hour meal break
